AI can now make a game in an afternoon, so people are making them by the tens of thousands. Almost a third of new games on Steam this year carry an AI disclosure. itch.io has more than 80,000 games tagged as AI-generated. Most are forgettable, some are brilliant, and until now nobody was sorting one from the other.

That's the job. Slopville is a hand-picked guide to games made with AI, and it exists to get you playing them. Every game here has been played by a real person first, and every one gets an honest verdict, so you can skip the duds and jump straight into the good stuff. Most of them are free and play right in your browser. Pick one and press start.

Why the name

"Slop" is what people call AI output nobody asked for. We'd rather own the word than hide from it. Some of these games are slop and some are brilliant, and the brilliant ones deserve players. We sort one from the other, then send you straight to the good ones.

What we stand for

Taste over tools. We don't care how a game was made. We care whether it's worth your evening.
Credit the makers. Every listing links to the developer's own page. Every image and clip belongs to them.
Be straight about the AI. Each game shows which AI was used and what it made, taken from the developer's own disclosure. If they didn't say, we don't guess.
Free to browse, nothing to sign up for. No accounts, no cookies, no tracking.

What's next

Slopville starts as a guide with 0 games. It will grow into a shop where people who make games with AI can sell them directly, at a fairer cut than the big stores: a small one for little browser games that cost almost nothing to serve, and a bigger one only for large downloads that cost real money to deliver.
